Celebrating and Elevating Women in CPG: Naturally Chicago CPG Growth Series III — 12/10/26 Live Event
CELEBRATING AND ELEVATING WOMEN IN CPG
NATURALLY CHICAGO CPG GROWTH SERIES III
Thursday, December 10
Naturally Chicago's three-part CPG Growth Series closes with its most powerful event.
Women in CPG — presented in partnership with BMO and held at its West Loop office tower — is an experience that celebrates and invests in women founders and leaders who are driving innovation across food, beverage, beauty and wellness. The formal program, which will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., will be followed by a food and drink reception that will reflects the joys of the holiday season.
The event will provide elevated programming, networking and impact — all toward the goal of advancing the burgeoning community of women who are natural products entrepreneurs:
Keynote conversations with women CPG founders and executives — including a fireside chat with Lifeway's Julie Smolyansky, who when she took the reins of the family-owned company in 2002 became the youngest-ever woman CEO of a publicly traded company.
Other programming will recognize the key roles women play in building the Natural Products industry.
Community and peer connection across all stages of growth.
We are thrilled to have the insights and vision of three women leaders who are serving as the event's co-chairs: Katie Paul of KeHE, Molly Santulli of Springdale Ventures, and Jennifer Amdur Spitz of Voxley. All are Naturally Chicago Board Executive Commitee members.
Women hold 85 percent of the purchasing power of consumer products, yet women founders continue to face disproportionate barriers to capital, mentorship and market access. Women in CPG exists to close that gap, convening a community of founders, funders, buyers and advocates for a high-impact programming and genuine connection.
